.. that I am clueless to what it does.

It is a ‘Field’ Air/Fuel mixer in dash, I dont know if it is even working.

Shall I press the button marked "super-pursuit mode" or just leave it well alone??

I think if you peel off the air/fuel mix label it sez something like "activate piston meltdown, throw double six to escape!"

Oh and I have not got a clue what the 'digital speed controller' does either.. if anyone knows what these things are for can you enlighten me, as all the instructions for em are in Nipponese.

from what i remember your cars fuel mixture thingy does not work and requires setup instructions, cause when i drove in that car, all that fule miture thing did was make the car stall, and misfire.

 

not to scare you to much but the wiring loom on that car was a complete mess, i think it needs going over.

I must say when I plumbed in the new ICE it looked a little shoddy, I think Ill get it seen to, but it all works except the fuel mixer...

Oh well as long as the fuel goes in and the coil packs fire I couldn't care a toss, coz it flies like a dream

AFC(Air/Fuel controller) is what the Honda guyZ go mad for, it arses about with the mixture basically without you having to mess with an idle screw under the bonnet. Japs. like an easy life and don't believe in using a flat headed screw driver if they can help it. Makes sense really I suppose.

 

I wouldn't mess around with it if I were you. Like Warren said, these things can get you into serious trouble if you aren't sure what your doing with it. Can't quite fathom why you would need one on a Z, only explanation is that you are so technically minded that you've upgraded EVERYTHING including the turbos and boost etc. so you can tweek the mixture.

 

Digital speed controller...WTF?? Haven't got a clue mate?

 

Let me know when you've sorted out the MSN account then I can hold a non-sensible two way conversation with you matey! LOL!

Setup freebee email account in the name of your choice, then register for MSN instant messenger...then...add my email address(timmy_turbo@hotmail.com) and you should be able to speak...
