Depends whose Z it is,If it was yours I would say around £500 as you have stripped all the parts off to reduce mass:D:D;)

seriously tho -if you sell parts for Nelson/breakers prices, you'd get about 20k I reckon for a stock Zed

I wonder if I shud break mine - as I've done half the job already !!;)

Yep I reckon it'd be more than the car was worth, but a great shame to the zed community if people started breaking good zeds.

No group zed break then please :)

Pete

I think Pete you will find it is £3,875.90

(I know, I know, that 8mm nut behind the glass of the wing mirror gets me sometimes!)

when I try and sell if I don't get good offers -I will seriously look into breaking it. I'd be looking at 5k I reckon for my 1992 (L)white, UK, Auto TT with leather, private plates, unmodified, FSH.;)

30p is quite a conservative estimate mind you, for that particular nut, maybe 50p? ;)

You are forgetting 50p is the new price Pete! So 2nd hand I think 30p is about right.

Erm, L reg is 93/94! 92 would be either a J or a K. Please don't break one of the last UK cars if it is an L reg - wait for the right price on it....

Ah, then polished or not, I would put it back to 30p.

Seriuosly Nelson, the main thing to consider is whether you have somewhere to store it as its being broken and if you minded getting the money in dribs and drabs. That would piss me off tbh, probably spend it as I got it then when it was all broken would have nothing to show for it.

If either of you guys can find an 8mm nut anywhere on your Z I'll be very surprised.
