Ok, due to sinking in a rapidly expanding financial pit (seems like lots of us are suffering this fate at the moment), I need to see if theres any interest in my car (the new Z.. that I just got).

As it stands it has a couple of problems that need tending to, but here's the spec first;

Freshly stripped & checked engine, 24 new lifters

GT25 Turbo's, should be good for 500rwhp

Nismo 555cc injectors

Dual POP (JWT style)

Stainless boost pipework

Stainless radiator pipework

All aluminium large capacity radiator

AIV & EGR removed

A/C removed completely

RPS Max clutch with RPS Billet flywheel

Car wise the spec is;

1992 UK Black Z, with pretty decent bodywork

Private plate on it

Perfect leather & suede interior

Brand new! Toyo tyres on rear, full tread Haancooks front.

The car is basically fully sorted ready for big power, with no expense spared..

There's an A'pexi AVC-R and Racelogic Adjustable TC with Launch to go on too, which can be negotiated on to go with the car..

The only problems are minor ones - knackered leccy aerial, and it needs someone with very small hands (or someone willing to pull the engine) to fix the drivers side turbo.

Basically it has an exhaust and oil leak from that turbo, because one of the exhaust housing to core retaining bolts wound itself out and fell out :S My hands seem to big to get a replacement in there, but someone with smaller hands (and more love for these cars than me) might have more luck.

Really, I need to know if anyone would be interested in this car - I haven't entirely made my mind up what to do with it as yet, but if the right offer came alone it'd certainly disappear from my ownership. If nobody is interested in it with it's problems, then I'll have to try and get them fixed, and then sell it later for more (with everything fixed I reckon it's easily a £5.5 - £6k car).

Would anyone be interested for around the £4.5k mark as it stands?

Cheers,

Aaron

P.S. I know this is the wrong section - but as it's technically not for sale yet :).. Just need to know if anyone thinks that anyone would be interested in it while I try and decide what to do, and extricate myself from a large financial mire.

Zeds r worth more than that FFS !!:eek: :mad: :(

I know they are Nelson, but that turbo bolt is a PITA, and not something your average works-on-escorts DIYer would be able to fix in 5 mins..

If the Nationwide would hurry the feck up and sort my mortgage extension out I might be able to avoid selling it.. but at the rate I'm sinking.. :S

IT just goes to show the denecy of the Zed owners on this site- instead of getting all they can and ignoring probs, they tell u the honest truth about their cars and ask REALISTIC or lower than realistic prices.

Well done ;)

are you taking to billing? im sure someone there will have small enough hands, im wiling to try, I replaced a water bypass hose on an MG without removing anything and thats probably the tightest thing you can do :)
