MOT man failed my fairladys OSR lower ball joint (Hicas fitted).

For play in the steering.

Any one got the part No. reqd for Nissan spares ???

Or know of anywhere to get one from. Any tips for fitting //?

I believe that it may come as an assembly item only.??

Also is this what connects the tie-rod on the rear steering rack to the rear hub ????

I have heared that this item is about £41.00 from Nissan new ?

Cheers Andy............

It sounds like the part I went an asked for.

Part Number

55114 39F00 £55.70+VAT

This is the part which attaches the HICAS arm to the wheel hub and where the tracking is done too.

That is for the left side (Passenger Side) one.

Found it.

Lower ball joint.

55154 - 30P00

or

55154 - 30P00M

I dont think the M makes much difference.

I need these too :(

if its the lower ball joint on the bottom arm where the hub is mounted, then its the whole lower arm i believe

got mine from Mike at MJP,£180

I heard you have to buy the whole assembly. But I think I am in the same predicament as Andy. I only need the joint at the end, and not the whole structure.

I dont have HICAS so wont need it all.

Thanks for all your help , now off to track one down.....

Cheers all, Andy.

Managed to source an OSR ball joint out which hopefully will sort my play out . Arrives Tuesday...............from Nissan.

sold as a seperate item £41.00 + VAT.. Hoping its the right part..
