remote certral locking problem

Hello guys,

 

The problem is when using the remote to open the doors, it doesn't open the passanger door but it will lock it - any ideas?

    When my alarm was fitted they had to add a relay box of some kind so that the passenger-side lock did what the drivers-side one did. If you have the same thing, maybe some glitch in the connections is causing it?
