Having just checked the water on the TT I discovered a rogue hose next to the filler neck.

 

Anyone know where it should go?

Im not 100% sure what it attaches to - I had to Cut that hose when removing mine as it got left and was welded and stetched to hell - I'll find out for you next weekend hopefully when i go up to do the work on mine. If you can wait that long.

I think that's one of the hoses that runs to the recirc-valve..

The loose end of that hose should connect to the plenum

 

see service-manual: section EFEC, page 12..it think it's hose 24.

Correct Boy Wonder....

 

Sorted, attached the plemun under the intake on the RHS. First time I've had to use tweezers to attach a hose, obviously designed for small oriental hands!

Yeah between you connecting my Seats to my Turbos and Timmy Slaping a Quart of power steering fluid in any hole he can find im sure to get my finger out in a hurry
