10/60 castrol

I need a service, but I've noticed a lot of u use 10/60 castrol. Ive been using mobil 1 0/40 fully syn for 3 years, but the car does make a ticking noise when first started up, but goes away once warm.

 

which is better and where can you buy the 10/60 castrol from?

    Nelsons the oil expert, but he likes to run his on a small cup full (to save on m**s!!;) ) but i believe 10/60 will work bestter at high temperatures than the 0/40 which has got to be good in a zed!!
