Bumper Spats

Hey anyone know where to find the lower bumber spats i`ve seen on a few zeds mainly jap imports as in pic below at the back of the rear wheel lower part of bumper, they also fit behind the front wheel also.

    Don't know but would be interested in finding out! My Supra had these, and I noticed them on AndyP's car when I saw his. Why didn't they put them on all??? One of lifes little mysteries!
