Import Engine Oil Cooler mod - anybody done this?

Has anybody done this modification, or can anybody put me in touch with someone who has?

 

Unlike the UK car, my import 2+0 TT does not come standard with an Engine Oil Cooler and I would like to understand how the modification is done.

 

Fyi, I have tried a number of bits from Think Auto, but nothing I have tried is a perfect solution.

 

I am wondering if the UK adapter/housing can be used on my import engine block, etc...

 

Really would like to talk to somebody who has done this mod for their engine.

    I just used a UK spec oil cooler in place of the Jap spec one. Bolts straight on.
