Anyone else had a problem with this?

 

Wired mine up to number plate light wiring and then to my left hand rear light wiring and nowt happening.

 

I've tried mailing the guy who made them in the US for us but that account is dead. Also his website is disabled.

 

If anyone has a copy of the fitting/wiring instructions could you let me know so I can give you my email.

Might be easier to get one in the UK if we know the spec. Does Duffmans place sell stuff like that ? If not then it's RS or Maplin I would guess.

Andy I had a look through Joe Maplins over the weekend but I couldn't find anything that mildly resembled it physically so it could be a mission for 'Q' I suspect mate. ;)

Don't like the sound of bits of electrickery that catch fire in the boot ! Bring all the gubbins round and I'll try to work out what is required.

I've got the perverter with me but I'll get the lamp panel off at the weekend. I dunno you pay all that money for a mod and what do you end up with and doing?

 

Glueing the sodding reflectors in yourself coz all the plastic retaining clips are phuket so that cost me an extra 3.50 for a hot glue gun not to mention the swearing that spewed from my trap whilst doing it!

 

Then just for the privilege of paying all that wonga you get a bonus, a free BBQ in the boot of yer motor with no warning coz if you'd known you would've got some burgers and sausages in ready! FFS!

yeah these wern't the best made, mine leaked water after a couple of days use. never heard anything back from the guy :(

Are these 'light panels' made from Electro-Luminescent Sheets. If so go the RS component website http://www.rswww.com ,they have 12V inverters for powering these and also the sheets themselves.

Hi,

Mine came with rear " light panel" already fitted (Jap import) and I've not had any probs. Also both rear "passenger" (thats a laugh unless your 2' 4") window light panels, has anyone seen these before ?

Just for reference in case they bugger up.

All three panels light up green, can the colour be changed ? My Zs red.
