Hi,

 

I need a variety of adhesives for my collection?

 

A metal adhesive that can withstand the temperatures generated on the plenum?

 

A high temp adhesive for glueing some heat insulating matting to the bulkhead?

 

A flexible adhesive for attaching some Fibreglass IC vents to a poly bumper?

 

Adhesive anoraks please supply your answers and where to get these products from?

Try getting hold of 3M in Bracknell I'd imagine they should be able to help.;)

Try Loctite too...They have a VERY comprehensive range of sticky stuff..... :p

J B weld is very good, higher temp than araldite for the plenum IIRC and has a metalic filler, it can be tapped and filed etc tis very good.

 

Contact Adhesive or araldite (expensive for the amount required) for matting.

 

I'd consider using the stuff they bond windscreens in with for the vents, that stuff is awesome.
