So roughly what price range are we talking ?

Yeah but Warren, I bought a Techtom coz it will basically do what I want it to. IMHO anything more is OTT. It's like the AVC-R's, cool to have one..."oh look it's got a lovely blue screen, and it's got gauges just like on the Skylark GT-R!", but if I had a pound for every post I've seen where people ask how to use it!

 

Unless you can download all the technical knowledge from someone like Pete into your nut what's the point??? "oh look, my O2 sensor left hand is stuck on lean...oh no it's not...now it's flicking between lean and rich...oh no...now it's stuck on rich!"

 

Techtom just gives you enough, so that if there is a problem with the car you can eliminate some of the sensors straight off without becoming AVO man!

 

But still interested in seeing yours working!

i agree, but this is for safty aswell as the recording function can tehn let you put it on a laptop and see what went wrong and so on.

its no use having your car tell you its detonating if you dotn knwo why.

with all the features ont his you can deduce why something is happning.

 

price wise, im really not sure yet, but not a train smash.

i need to know the price of the casing first, ill let you know as soon as possible

Sounds interesting -

Id be up for one in a couple of months if they are Backlit and Look OK... and not to $$pensive.
