Are you up to doing it yourself or are you going to get it done somewhere?

Go and see Mark of Eurospec just the other side of Guildford not far from you.

I had mine done there, he will also certify your mileage etc.

As for accellerating a bit quicker, favoured first step mods would be induction kit, exhaust and upping that boost! You will notice quite some improvement doing these 3! One at a time maybe to start off with.
