strange digits in aircon display.

Can any of you shed any light on this one ??

 

The ambient temp display was showing negative numbers this evening whilst I was out on a run. I can't remember exactly which ones but think it was something like -32 and -86...

 

So whats that all about then ?

    Failed or disconnected ambient air temp sensor located behind the front bumper.
