Well this evening after work we fitted the Blitz Suss kit, took less than an hour - neat stuff.
I had to hoover around the radiator etc. so much crap was stuck around in there!
Anyway took it for a mad drive around A414 >A1 etc.
Results - my opinion anyway:
Better throttle response.
Afterwards when I got back lifted the bonnet to let engine cool down - as I did work it hard - I noticed how much cooler the engine seemed. When you consider how much restriction the old filter box caused then its no wonder that its improved with it gone. Now there is more cool air going through from the big vent in the front of my 99' spec. bumper.
