1984 300zx turbo

I have found a 1984 300zx turbo, It would basically be for parts or someone to fix up. The engine runs well with 70,000 miles on it but smokes when it starts up after it sits for a while. The seats are pretty bad and cracked. The t top roofs are in alright condition. the transmission is good and the car runs, but isnt safe to drive because the back end seems to walk around and the breaks are basically nonexistant. The body is in ok condition the paint is very old and it shows and the backend above the tires have rusted a lot! Its got a newer exhaust and i was told it goes. what would make the back end move? And what could I try to sell this for? Would it be better to part it out or sell it whole? It works just needs a lot of tlc and someone who knows what they are doing!

I think this is the wrong site for that car , try the Z club or others that have Z31's on there.:)

Cheers,

TurboZ,

As FT says, you need the Z-club forum, since this site deals exclusively (well, most of the time!) with Z32 (i.e. post '89 300zx) issues.

For the Z club, Click Here - there's a technical forum on there dedicated to this model of 300zx, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

CheerZ,

JB.
