vibrating window

the window is rattling whenever it's up while driving.. okay when it's down... had anyone rectify this before... is it a easy thing to do? or shall i leave it to the mechanic..

    There are a couple of nuts that will be slack,take off the door card you will see a small 10mm bold that goes through a hole in the glass;)
