March 25, 200322 yr I couldn't help noticing that we have quite a few IT contractors out there. My question to you guys is.....how are you dealing with IR 35? Have you had to go down the 'employed' route? If so...what are the lengths of your contracts? Seems to me it's still a grey area and the Revenue is making up the rules as they go along.........what have you guys experienced?
