Just wondering where you'd stand if you purchased something from Ebay and it doesn't turn up, do you have any come back with Ebay and also what about if you paid by credit card (through Paypal), would you be covered by their insurance, even though it's an internet auction.

I've been buying stuff from Ebay for about 2 years now.. using Paypal for payment.. did not get my item once.. write in to Paypal to resolve.. got my money back within 30 days..

Try to avoid new sellers with 0 or negative feedbacks... write sellers emails to test sincerity...

above all, still quite a good site to get some good bargains...:p

You will have to email the seller and ask them the relavant questions. If they are not responding then you will have to email ebay directly and give them the sellers details and also item number and they will re-imburse you part of the cost, but this takes time. Took me 6 months to get most of my money back.
