I have only had the Z for about a 4 days and on the first £30 pounds it gave me 140 miles on Optimax rurally. Is that about average. The car has got an after market exhaust amd thats the only engine mod apart from the BOV's but they shouldnt affect consumtion.

What are people getting on average.

Jap spec's love OPTIMAX! I will ONLY put this in my J-spec.

That is all I try to put in my UK spec.

I will drive the extra 2-3 miles go the closest Shell to get Optimax

Stuart

If it's at a discount I don't care where it comes from.

Thinking about a red diesel conversion right now ! LOL

Actually heating oil would be better still - must get an old Landrover ....

that's about 20p/mile. A lot when u think of it like that. At 60mph, you would be spending about 20p/minute !! £18/hour - ie. a LOT more than most of us earn  :(

Erm Nelson, dont want to point out the obvious but 20p a min is £12 an hour, not £18:D :D :D

ill ask the question, does boosters help petrol consumption. Anybody tried them.

No, but i can see the end of the bonnet when i use one!!!, oh you didnt mean that sort did you?;)
