According to my ECU I am.

I did an ECU test and got the all clear, 55.

I than ran the O2 test, when you rev the car for 2 mins at 2000rpm and the light is supposed to flash about 5 times every 10 seconds. Mine flashes on for 15-20 seconds on then goes off for 1-2 seconds then back on for 15-20 secs.

Are my O2 Sensors wrong? Will they need replacing?

I think they do. Plus my tail pipes are covered in soot.
