want to remove my rear seats how do i go about taking them out

Easy;

 

Fold rear seat down, pull carpet off back of seat.

Remove four 10mm bolts in the corners that hold the back of the seat to the hinges. Remove from car.

 

Grasp seat base firmly, and pull straight upward at the front - the back is velcroed down, the front clips into some retainers. Pull *HARD*.

 

Refitting is the reverse of removal..
