Fuel Problems

Quick question, how may K's should I be getting from a full tank of gas in my 91 NA 2+2 Z? currently I am getting about 300 to atank and I am not a lead foot, also what type of gas should I be using? help!

    Don't usually work this out in metric but the tank is supposed to be 72 litres, I reckon on maybe 4.5mpl on a good day which would equate to about 325 from a tankfull.
