Hey Dick splash! post on the right forum, this section is for help with.

1 Can I use rear pads in the front?

2 My timing belt need replacing, can I use one from a mini metro?

3 My turbos are smoking,do you think it could be my HKS plugs?

4 If I use remold tyres, will it be safe to reach speeds of 180mph?

5 Is the stock water temp, boost and oil gauge very accurate?

1 Yes you can, they will be a little loose fitting so just pack them out with masking tape.

2 only if you glue two together as 1 will be too short.

3 It could be,try using Nissan ones It says that in the owners manual.

4 Yes sure you can a tyre is a tyre at the end of the day.

5 Yes! Nissan gauges are the best you can get.

You still haven't answered my question :(

WHAT WATER SHOULD I USE TO CLEAN MY ZED????

No more silly posts please I want an answer - don't forget my keyboard is HARDER than yours :p:D

Too much toking means I can't remember what I had for breakfast let alone what this place used to be like way back when! :D However, we do seem to be in a bit of a trough rather than a peak.

Oh, and MAC, be careful not to give out incorrect information that may confuse people. Everyone knows that Metro cam belts should be STAPLED together to fit, not glued:D :D

Ok mate,I know when you first posted this question, you were told to wash it in salt water, now look what happened?   :D

What you need to use is the water that is stored in your battery, this will kill any bacteria that is on your paintwork ie bird shit:D;)

Only if he gets REALLY excited ROFLMFFFFFAO :D:D:D

I remember when I used to post about 20 a day :D.

But now I have trouble reading all the posts.

I usually just look at the titles to find any interesting info or wait for someone to send me a link via msn when something or someone gets excited ;).

Apart from that I haven't got my Z at the moment and am feeling very down :( .

Well, I'm picking mine up tonight then off for the test certificate and tax tomorrow :D I'm sure I'll have loads of questions to ask on here then but for now....

Where do I put the petrol in and if I use diesel will I get better mpg? Is there any way of telling how much petrol is in the car in the first place so I don't over fill it when I go to the filling station? What weather is it best to drive it in?

Oh one other. Unfortunately my battery had gone a bit flat over the year it was parked up. I had to replace it. Does this mean I should turn the % slip down on the traction control because the new battery will have made it much more powerfull? I know, I should have poured boiling water on the battery b4 buying a new one but I couldn't work out how to turn the kettle on and couldn't see where to fill it up :(

You live and learn eh.....

ROFLMAO!!!!! :D :D :D

Nick

I pretend to work, they pretend to pay me!

LOL Andy :D :D :D :D :D :D

If I get in & out of the passenger door, will I reduce the wear on the driver's seat thus looking like I have done less mileage?

Passenger door? You got me :( What's one of those? I do actually have a problem. The zeds I've seen only have 2 pedals but mine has 3. What is the third one for??? It says in the manual that zeds with three pedals are faster and better but why is this? Also, does anyone know what those glass things are on the front? I see some people put their sandwiches in there - is this such a good idea? In a crash surely the sandwiches would get crushed and full of glass? Oh and where can I get some of those really cool LED washer jets - why are they made of led though, surely this is heavier than, say, aluminium.

Please help me....

Yes, and they also impair aerodynamics ;)

I have actually driven one of those Z's with 3 pedals........people say they are faster but all I found is when I pressed this extra pedal down is that the revs went right up and I lost drive.

The gear shift in those cars goes side ways as well as up and down. It also make a rather loud crunching noise when you move it.

what is a 'manual' ??

It tells you how to use buttons in the car etc.

It's what you have to read in order to work out how to fix your broken auto box ! :D

Im confused by this, does this mean hot hatches whoop you because you have an AUTO? :D

Least we gone have Corsa and Saxo problems on here.

"I just put 18inch wheels on my Saxo and I now get a grinding noise when I drive. What is it?"

"I heard padded seatbelts make you car have 10bhp more. Is this true?"

"Will the Neon washers make me more desirable to pre-teen girl?"

Some one on TT.net asked.

"How can I change my Z to a V8 without having to change the head."

Can someone tell me how to fit a cambelt? :(
