Scoops, be careful, too much real ale, and you'll be possessed with an overwhelming urge to grow a full, bushy beard:eek:

Fore-warned is fore-armed and all that .... watch out for that facial hair!;)

But Scoops, you should know better. You're from up North where we all drink bitter and have whippets! Its only down Sarf where they drink these new styleee fizzy lager things!!! LMAO!!!

And whats wrong with a Rover keith??? At least mines got a V6 in it with 2,7 litres and a nice zorst note. Brilliant for scaring the sh1te outta people, cos they dont expect an old Rover to come hurtling past em!!! And its great for dropping turkeys with their boomn chukka music from the lights too!! LMAO!! :D :D

LOL

You've got a 827i, bet it's the 'fastback' ROFLMAO!

Guess you can thank Honda for that one so the engine will far outlive the bodywork!

As the 64th person to join Camra I could take exception to that comment but at the time I was driving series 111 Lotus 7 and later in life I sported a full beared, I don't own a pair of sandels but I do have the Dogs of a 300ZX

Burn out don't fade away!!!:p :p

And whilst I'm at it I gave up smoking 6 weeks ago and yes it was a pipe. AND I have have a Rover it was the 3500s the 2000 shape with the 3ltr V8 bitch to park but great in a straight line:p :p

I must admit that IMHO there is nothing better than a really good pint of well kept beer.

There is a pub down here that keeps the best cellar of anywhere I've come across, my personal favourite at the mo is: Theakstons, Old Peculiar, a damn good 'chewy' pint! :D

I put ithis 'fetish' down to my student years of Newky Brown and pints of Dogbolter down the Firkin! You lager drinkers just don't know what you're missing :D

.....but if you did have sandals they'd be called 'Adidas Jerusalem' eh?:D :D :p ;)

hey.. with sandals dont forget the white sox, or is that just ze germans.

Cheers for the advice boys, i had a shave this morning to keep the bushy beard at bay.

Tim,

SLi if you dont mind!!! LOL!! And yes it is a fastback! Bloody great. Tell me what other car can carry a 3.2m long worktop in it and close all the doors!!

Even had a caravan in it the other week, and yes I do mean a whole caravan!!!

And as for bitter, our local has its own brewery behind it and they make the most fantastic real ale there is!!!, Hmm, sounds like an idea for the next North West meet!!!!

Keep smiling

Nick

Typical Lancastrian - saving duty by brewing their own! :D

I had a Legend with the 2.7 lump - fantastic engine just a shame it's driving the wrong wheels.

Tim

If only it was cheap!! Not to worry its worth the money.

Ur right, excellent engine, done over 132000 already and going strong. Even the car aint rotting away which means I have a unique one, or I actually look after it!

At least it has a V6 for everyday use, and I havent succumbed to a diesal do or worse still a Corsa!!!

(Line is baited!!)

Too right. Some of my favourites...........

Fernandez- Double brown stout

Iceni (?) - Kent brewery - Irish Rover

? - Pendle witches brew

Jennings - Sneck lifter

Loads more I can't remembe, but generally prefer dark, malty ones.

looks like i touched a nerve with the rover comment, but never mind, anyway what goods a V6 if it has'nt got two turbo's bolted on it, and as for scaring people when you go hurtling down the road thats because they expect a wheel or a door to fall off so they run for cover.

keith,

Dont worry mate it was taken in good jest!!
