Ah **** one m8, gutted for you :(

Oh well, look on the bright side, 99 spec front :D

Glad you are OK Paul.

Sorry to hear about the car, what a p|sser :( - drink copiously and construct imaginative insurance claims ;)

Glad you're ok Paul.

Losing control of ya' motor is no fun AT ALL, nevermind bending it.

However, 99spec front - Yumm Yumm!

Can't wait to see a blue one with that front on. I REALLY REALLY want one too.

You'll be back in NO time, looking all shiny for Billing.

Peace

Cos

I gutted for ya mate!

But at least you have all the contacts, you may be better writing it off, nudge nudge wink wink!!

Mark

Noooooooooooooooooooo !!!

I only just logged on. I don't what to say mate, just that I really hope it is not a write off and also glad that you are ok.

If you get traction control, give me a shout and we'll fit it up for you once your motor is sorted.

Don't means to be funny here, but I guess its a good thing we took those pictures last weekend.

and you might have damaged your intercooler!!! £600 each from Nissan, same price as aftermarket ones;)

Vijay

Paul sorry to hear about your car but you are O.K. and I am sure it well be up and run for billing.

jay

gutted for you mate, but at least no one was hurt. Hopefully it won't be off the road for too long and looking better than ever when it 's back

Good luck!

Cheers,

James

ahhhhhhhh, its just like one big "get well soon" card with everyone signing it.

thanks again everyone for all the support - you guys & girls are the only ones that understand!!

cheerz all :D

Hi,

When I smashed up the front of my 306 my car was a bit fooked so I got all the bits, swapped em and 10 mins of driving the bonnet opened and did my roof and shit in, I was gutted.

Anyway from these two incidents my 306 got modded and came back looking pretty sweet, it was definately better for the crash.

Point is at the time I know it's gutting but no one was hurt and your car will be all the nicer for it, almost a blessing in disguise.

Take it easy, I'm scared now, gonna fit traction control soon as I get the car.

Paul, Really sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you get it all sorted OK.

Ditto all the above :(

Almost the same thing happened to me a couple of years ago, only my one was virtually chopped in half! The entire drivers rear wheel assembly, including suspension, wishbone, drive-shaft etc. ended up about 100yards down the road from the rest of the wreckage!

Got a nicer one now though, so these accidents can have an up-side:D

Only just seen the thread, Paul -- commiserations from a fellow Blue. Here's wishing things get sorted out with the minimum of hassle!

get this - nissan have told the bodyshop that you can no longer get the hicas link arms & have to replace the whole rack - £1113 +vat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

which is pushing the claim into write off territory

phoned mike feeney again who told me what i suspected - complete & utter bollox!!

so i'll be getting all the parts through mike now

I dont think that is true either.

Get rid of it like me. Saves on MASS ;) and its 1 less thing to go wrong.

I am sure that in my list of history with my car they had come made up for a few quid. Nice stainless ones too. :S
