he he some parts very pretty in your face he he (saw it at the movies) other sections were a bit silly, but not bad for a uk film.

but the most ridiculous part of the movie bar none was how unrealistic it was. I mean come on who has ever heard of That forest :D:D lol

Best tongue in cheek horror I've seen !

If you want something really creepy though just watch 'The Ring' !

Certainly makes you girlfriend snuggle up ! :D

Yup, I thought Dog Soldiers was a top movie when I went to see it at the flicks. Seemed strange to be watching and action/horror movie where every accent wasn't American:)

Oddly enough the subject of this film came up last night. I had a bunch of mates round, and ended up getting into a MAJOR row with one of them. You see he lets his 4 and 9 year old son's watch these sort of movies, and I'm afraid I had a bit of a go at him. Don't parents get touchy when they feel they are being critiscised? " I know how to bring up my kids.....it's no-one else's business......my kids love that sort of thing......they see it in the news and in the papers at school.....it doesn't affect them...etc etc."

Errr....no mate you're wrong, it's YOUR fault, sort it out!

Agree 100% parents have a huge responsibility for how children turn out! But hey this is "blame everyone else for your f*ck ups" england!

when he hits that wolf with the hammer as it puts its hand through the letterbox it cracks me up everytime.

was a good film, I don't usually watch chiller/horror movies though, dont find them that interesting,

Just copied the DVD but aint watched it though.... I think I am going to enjoy it ..

If it is better than 28 Days Later Ill be surprised, in fact im twisting the thread.

Watch 28 Days Later.

Best british film for years ;)

dog soldiers is a top film.. i was laughing my tits off at the bit where one of the blokes was nailing the door shut and the hand comes through the letter box so hes twatting it with the hammer.. well funny.... oh and th bit where the dog ir chewing on the blokes sausages (intestines)

Dog soldiers was a cool film, my g/f jumped a mile when the cow lands in the bonfire.

She threw blackcurrant all over our new cream sofa!! ;)

28 days later, is also a really good movie.

I reckon it's destined to become a classic like Dawn of the Dead! :D

Very realistic arm round door :)

Loved it too - not least for a film full of normal accents! (ex-Teessider, here ;) )

Yup! Danny Boyle is a big big George Romero fan and 28 days pays a lot of compliments to Day and Dawn.

It already has cult soundtrack - do yourself a favour and fire up Kazaa and do a search for

Godspeed You! Black Emperor - East Hastings

Fandabbydozy. Cant wait for the Directors on DVD.
