Make sure you use UPS... I just got this mail from them after waiting 3 weeks for my new PTU.

Greetings,

Both of those orders have left, they where hand carried to the post office.

USPS does not provide tracking information. E.T.A. of the delivery 6 to 8

weeks.

Thank you for your business...........

Rodger

I know that Petey only had to wait 2 days for his PTU and only a few quid more  . I wish I knew.

Hello Stuart,

I just ordered a timing kit and had it sent to my brother in Ohio. He's shipped it onto me by USPS and they do have tracking - http://www.usps.com/ ...............................

thanks mate. Right I'm gonna have to open a can of whoop ass on them then :p

The only bonus of USPS is that if the parcel is fairly small it usually comes straight through customs without incurring import duty and tVAT.

Anything coming in via courier costs you an arm and a leg (they even add in the cost of the carriage to the value of the goods when working out the duty - WTF ???!!!)

Like you've found though - it can take a while ;)
