Fitted a new boost gauge a few weeks ago (dash mounted) and the stock gauge worked as usual , drove the car to work today and the factory boost gauge just sits at zero now although the aftermarket one is working fine , checked all the hoses and all is fine , will this cause any problems

Did you attach both of them using the T-Piece?

Or maybe the tube to the dash one has been pinched or bent not allowing any air in.

Which gauge did you get?

Mine was different to yours as it's just one colour , when i asked for the most reliable/accurate gauge he steered me away from the ones you bought , its weird because the factory gauge has worked fine for two weeks and i did use a T piece as you suggested , may well change it again as have found a really could supplier of digital affordable gauges.

well come on then agins- - share

The ones I got are really great for accuracy. The oil is bang on, the water temp is bang on too and the boost shows 9psi.

Only problem is that the water temp and oil pressure the values is the values are sometimes close together.

Just orderd mine today Stuart, same set up as you, from Demon Tweeks, will be here tommoro, was going for different make from them, but after talking with chappie on phone ,he said there better and more accurant than the more expensive types by far,the actual name of the company escapes me but they turn out excellent kit he said, never no comeback from customers,so that was it sold on them(actually saved me some money he did!).

Cant wait to play with the lights!:D ;)

Personally I cant fault the accuracy of them, but there probably better if you want accuracy.

The oil pressure is bang on 30psi at idle which is what it should be, and is very quick at reacting when the revs go up and down.
