In the next few weeks I'll be removing the rear subframe to overhaul it (mediablast and paint or powdercoat ) and all suspention/steering components attached to it. 

Will be doing front at later date. 

Is there a particular go to brand or a one stop shop. I've seen a few kits but unsure of what's a good compromise between hardness and comfort. I'm familiar with powerflex but seen a few other brands that seem to be good value.

Any links would be helpful.

Im New to the club so getting my head around the forum and theb search facility slowly.

I have gone for energy suspension bushes, from Concept Performance, really depends on how much you want to spend. Can’t help with ride comfort for a while.

I did come across your underbody topic. It looks like mine has similar issues to what yours had in the rear wing bumper area. 

 

Energy Suspension is by far the most common option but I'd imagine that's just due to the US leading the way. 

Ride will depend completely on shore rating. I don't know if Energy publish their shore rating but Powerflex seem to have different grades. See here: Powerflex - Performance Polyurethane Bushes

@Boof I have a rear subframe with the founr energy bushes already mounted in it if you are interested?

Cheers mate but I think I'll buy a complete kit.  I'll be sending my subframes and components for stripping and coating so I'll be putting new bushes everywhere.

Mine is painted and new bushes. I was going to put it on my old car but ended up selling it. Now left with a subframe and bushes 🤣

Ud go back to standard subframe bushings any day of the week.  I find the ES too hard for them
