Finally, I spotted the 300ZX in the closing credits of The Fast and the Furious..

 

It's only taken me two viewings..

 

Don't think I ever watched through the credits to the bit at the end in Mexico!

 

And.. Please.. shoot me now - I want to go and paint my car orange and fit neons under it.. :rolleyes:

Admittedly, the half bottle of rum might have something to do with that!

If you play it slowly youll notice that in the reflection of the 300 there is a bird shaking her ass!

How the jolly hockey sticks did you find that out, B19RKS? :D

Ok having searched for a Zed before and failed miserably, I've gone and watched it again :D and yup there it is, though you can only see the rear light cluster

There is also a black one just before that. You see down the side of it and there is a girl talking to the driver. Thats a 300ZX too.

 

Apparently there is one in the race war scene too some where.

its a shame, the fast and the furious is based on a short story of a 300zx racing :(

 

should have been the star, but then i guess a load of rude boys would have them and fit neons and fake boobies and shit

It was gonna be the main car but all the cars where picked on seeing real kitted cars, ie. the RX-7 is someones RX-7 which they took down for the producers to see and was chosen on its looks.

I think all 300ZX owers have too much sense to put stupid wings on, have red lights under the car and put nasty stickers all over it.

 

Also Mike, do you have the DVD? Look at the special features and look at the computer animation of the street race scene. Look at what car Dom is driving in the animation. 300ZX.

Well I did have screen shots of it, I will try get them again.

 

Scan do a good sound system with DTS and Dolby, check it out.
