We are going to apply for a club stand, so when that is done, we can all buy our tickets on their website by choosing our club name in the drop down box. The organisers will then make sure you are parked on the club stand. When registration is complete, Ill let you all know on this page when to start buying tickets. I think its about £15 per person.

The show also offers track time. It is £600 per 15 minute slot with a maximum of 24 cars on track. We are currently looking into this and if there is enough interest then this can be booked as well. The more people that sign up, the cheaper it will be per person. You can show your car and do the track time, or you can just show your car. Track time isn't a race, so some (like me!) will be slow and others may be faster, but I think it will be a great chance to have a bit of fun legally, make some epic photos, give the public a good look at some zeds driving around and elevate the club in the eyes of the public.

The 2nd May is the May bank holiday, so I know most of you will not be working ? so signup, come on down and lets make a massive stand and presence!

Thanks for taking the time to organise this Tom. Reading the burb for club stands it look like buying a stand includes entry tickets for exhibitors (minimum 5 cars).

"To qualify for a club stand the club admin needs 5 cars as a minimum. Simply choose the “Initial Club Booking” option to register your club which will automatically

provide 5 club stand driver tickets (passengers require a GENERAL PUBLIC ticket for entry).

I believe this is for the first five cars included in the registration. Subsequent cars entering need to choose the club from the drop down box and pay for the ticket. The organisers I guess then work out how many cars and space are needed for each club after the ticket cut off date. So if the club registered, the first five cars will pay the club the entrance fee and then cars after that will pay the show organisers.....I think....that's how I understood it...

Club stand has been booked. Our club should appear in the drop down list shortly so when buying your tickets make sure you select our club if you want to be on the stand.

Has anyone bought tickets for this yet? I have mine. They are on sale at the moment for 6more days. £15. Choose the club stand option and choose 300zx from the drop down!

Would it be possible to have the club banners and bit n bobs sent down for this show please? @RichardS

Is anyone coming to this? I got an email today saying that my tickets have been shipped. Looking forward to it!

The tickets have arrived. I have six total (one for myself) so five for people that want to come. We need to meet up somewhere before the show so I can give you the car stickers and wristbands. According to the letter they are being strict upon entry so any cars and/or people without a sticker AND wristband are being sent straight to the public car park.

Yes of course! We will need to meet up before the show so I can give you the tickets. Maybe a layby or petrol station.

I don't have any club banners myself - Craig does have a set though... And possibly Howard (BigH) did, when he was one of the southern REOs.

As for my attendance, I will have to declare myself out, as the Zed is off to Jimmer's for a week or so, on Saturday ?

Thanks Richard, I'll try contacting them. Shame you can't make it, but if the zed needs jimmers love then it takes priority!

I have found a location to meet up before the show so I can give you all the tickets, stickers and wristbands.

Due to Operation Stack (or whatever its called now) I am avoiding the M20, so if we meet on the A2 in a layby right next to The Honda motorbike garage/cafe after the Womenswold/Snowdown/Adisham/Nonington junction.

I know a couple of you will be convoying with me, but everyone else we will all meet there together!

The gates for clubs are only open between 06:30 and 08:30. If a club misses that slot, clubs are sent to the public car park and charged accordingly. I vote we meet at 07:00 at the layby giving us plenty of time to get there and get setup.

This was a good day out! Lots of cars and track action to watch! @ianl and I met up and drove there together before meeting @AndrewG and @GSC . I didn't take many pictures, but here are a few from the day.

The drive up looks like great fun! Roads nice and clear. I managed to get 1080p this time so guess you sorted out the teething issues ?

I changed the codec and the bitrate and it seems to be better this time!
