Lower control arm ball joint removal?

Hi there 

Does anyone have a secret way of getting the nut off to remove the lower control arm? I have tried WD40 & Freeway to penetrate, jacked the arm up so weight of the car is on it, used blowtorch to heat nut and tapped with hammer whilst trying to turn..... what else apart from cut nut off?
