300zx.co.uk will have a stand at GoJapan at Brands Hatch this year on Sunday 26th September.

Members who wish to attend please do the following:

 

1. Go to this website : https://www.gojapan.co.uk/club-stands/

 

2. Click on the red button and enter 55456834 for the club code.

 

3. Tickets for the event need to be paid for directly from https://.brandshatch.msv.com/BH-21-JAPAN Tickets are available on the gate but will be more expensive than buying in advance. Please note that a stand pass from GoJapan doesn't allow access without tickets purchased.

 

Only Z31 and Z32 cars will be allowed on the stand.

Subscribed Membership of the forum is NOT a requirement to attend.

Thanks for organising this Alex. I've registered on to the club stand.

Ticket has been booked. I tried to register on the club stand, but there's an issue with verifying my email link - have contacted them so hopefully can sort. 

Potentially up for this... won’t commit before my car is actually running

Any other takers? The Brands Hatch Circuit is a wonderful motorsports venue.

Whilst Simply Japanese@Beaulieu is usually the Club's big south of England get together this could be the one

to make up for that in 2021 and a chance for us to meet up again after what seems a very long time!

I have taken a holiday day for this, so can join you on the club stand!

 

EDIT: Ticket just bought and signed up to the club stand. Better get polishing!

How many have we got going to this?

I have registered for the stand but not yet bought my ticket.

8 cars are registered. I don't know how many of those 8 have purchased the ticket. 

Me and Therealnips are going for sure [emoji1417].

5 of the 8 are confirmed and I'll prod the others. 

I'm working in the middle of nowhere on the West Coast of Scotland this week and signal is sporadic but I'll do what I can.

Confirm this! I have my ticket, its in the glovebox already so I dont forget it. The car just needs to be washed!

We should get our vehicle/stand passes emailed directly to each person who registered:

For info I'm not able to attend on the day due to work commitments. 

Andrew has very kindly agreed to be the main club rep on the day ?

Just received an email today from the organisers detailing instructions for the event for those who registered to be on the Club stand.

*** If you would confirm that you have also received the email by posting in this thread that would be great ***

Entry to the site is via the "Show entrance" (Airfield gate) from the A20. Aim to arrive at the Yellow zone entry time of 7:30am.

You will need to download and print off the Yellow zone pass and fill out the requested details and display in your car's windscreen

on arrival. We are on pitch 11 in the Yellow zone (see below).

As you enter the venue you will be directed into the show area and towards our Club stand. Event officials will help you get into

position. Please look out for them as they are there to help you. A sign displaying our club's name will be positioned in our area

and the edges will be clearly marked on the ground. As space is limited, we need to make sure all our cars fit within the boundaries.

We have space for 8 cars. As well as a car pass, everyone will need a ticket to get in. These can be purchased online in advance before

4pm this friday on the event website or at the gate, albeit at a slightly higher price.
