Back in October, you might remember me posting about a possible new daily - a German Z to join my real Zed.

Well, I collected it on Halloween, and over the last few weekends when it's been dry, I have been piling on the paint protection. From the first couple of cleans, where I coated it with Chemical Guys Jet Seal (as recommended by Peach); followed by a layer of Valet Pro Beading Marvellous wax. Then next time, I slapped on some Auto Finesse Carnauba Cream.

And then yesterday, as it was quite sunny, I gave it a simple wash followed by a quick wipe down with Auto Finesse Glisten. So here it is - the new daily....

Nice purchase Richard.

I still find the looks somewhat challenging. Although not as challenging as it's Supra sister!

Awesome Richard and health to enjoy mate. How does it compare with the Mercedes?

Thanks Gary!

It's a tough comparison to be honest, both have their merits. Whilst the Merc was an older design, I still think the build quality is a little better - but the BMW is much more of a drivers car - despite my Merc being an AMG. The BMW straight-6 is an awesome engine, smooth and civilised - yet seriously torquey. The power is there in spades, from virtually anywhere in the rev range - and it sounds great in sport-plus when giving it some beans.

It's better equipped too - all in all, I am very pleased with it......?
