Gold "Certified by Nissan" Sticker?

I was just wondering about the gold Certified by Nissan Sticker that lives on my rear quarter glass. Mine looks like it has someone's name written on the back of it.

Does anyone know the story of these and what the signature signifies on the back?

    I’ve actually got the exact same sticker on my car and in the same position - the rear drivers side window. It’s got a slightly worn out look like yours but almost looks like it’s always been that way. I’ve seen them for sale on the CZP or Z1 websites I’m sure. Not sure if it’s an original sticker or fitted by the uk owners.

    I’ll check the back of mine to see if it has anyone’s name on it and take a picture tomorrow.
