Just got my first zed car. Imported 300zx z32 TT auto.

 

Drives lovely but could do with an interior. Does anyone know where the best place to get a good second hand interior from please.

Interior wise put up a wanted post in the trade section and look over ebay. There are various breakers with varying price trends. Also Facebook is another avenue with 300zx sales groups (I admin one) which as parts become more difficult to source may turn up what you are after.

Thanks all.

 

Ill try and get some pics up in the next few days.

 

Regarding my interior it definitely needs freshening up but also some of the sponge bolsters seem to be disintegrating.

 

Was either going to find a good second hand replacement or possibly take them apart and replace the bolsters and get the covers cleaned professionally.

 

Any advice would be welcome.

Yes, I’d noticed the discount for the second seat. I’ll make up a potential group buy post to gauge numbers then take it from there. :wink:

Just received my MTC brakes (drilled and grooved).

 

Will be fitting soon.....

 

Also Pipercross filters to go on this weekend.

 

Trying to get it into a painters to get the paintwork back to factory (or as close as it can be without a full respray).

 

Its my everyday driver so going to have to try and move slowly.

I’m going to hold off with the seat bolster group buy until after 31st of October. What with all the fuss about Brexit and the week pound we may be better waiting until Donald Trump gives us our amazing trade deal, who knows it could be free seat bolsters with every lump of cheese.

Welcome to the club fella.I could not help but notice you are using the zed as a daily.If you value it get a beater for everyday use.The 300zx will literally dissolve when used in all weathers.
