After discussing with Howard, we thought an end of season meet for the southern/London lot and anyone else from further afield would be a great idea!

 

This is a family day out too as we are suggesting that as part of the meet those who want to can visit the Brooklands Museum. I'm also going to see whether it would be possible for us to get access to the small amount of banked part of the circuit that's left, I can't promise anything although I do have an angle on it it by way of an old family friend who is a volunteer there, so tentatively might be able to pull that out of the hat. So for photo opportunities (and Joel with his drone), this could be rather interesting.

 

Entrance into the Brooklands Museum is £16 for adults and £9 for children

 

The Brooklands Museum isn't just a car museum, it's also an aviation museum (so for aviation nerds like Andrew, Joel and myself, it's heaven) with optional extras such as the Concorde Experience and other sections to it. The Sunbeam Cafe is there also to serve lunch/cakes/tea etc
