Manual conversion shopping list & clutch recommendations

Evening all.

I picked up the majority of the parts needed for a manual conversion this weekend and now i’m after a bit of advice.

First of all, which parts should be replaced with new components. I’ve made the following list but could do with knowing if i missed something…

• Pilot Bushing
  
• OEM Manual Transmission Front & Rear Seal
  
• Clutch Slave Cylinder
  
• Upper & Lower Rubber Dust Boot
  

On top of this, I’m also considering the following upgrades so if anyone has any comments that would be grand.

• Uprated (350Z) clutch fork (with chromoly pivot ball)
  
• Z1 oil impregnated bronze shifter bushings
  
• Z Speed solid shifter with boot kit
  
• Nismo Transmission Mount
  

Finally, the conversion came with a used OS Giken clutch/flywheel combo which, according to the owner, had been on the car for around 8 years. I’m not sure about fitting it to my Zed so if anyone has any recommendations - or knows how to tell if a triple plate clutch is worn then i’m all ears. My Zed is completely standard and while i may look to mod it in the future, i’m never going to be chasing big power!
