Hello all.

I'am planing to change my engine and at same time a tranny con. What is the best way to do it? If possible i will change both at once. It means the tranny should be mounted to the engine. Is it space and clearance enough on the Z?

Thx a lot.

If you are doing it without a lift, then it can be easier to do the engine and gearbox in one, but you'll need to get the front end up on ramps to give enough clearance. Both options work, just depends how confident you are at lifting the gearbox into place lying on your back under the car.

Two MAFs can be used with a Selin translator. Is that what you are using?

Using BOV's with MAFs is not a good idea. This link explains why:

Yes, using the Selin. Will also use the BOV`s as recirc BOV`s. I take this ones because they are adjustable.
