so i bought the M3. its got fBMWsh, only had mobil 1 oil all its life, and i have the documents to prove it, eveything has been done at BMW, the guy even bought new tyres from BMW, the car is in great condition and it certainly goes, but not as quick as the zed on 1 bar boost, but the drive is better i would say, but we could argue about that all day.

 

The guy was selling his cos he just bought a brnd new BMW M3!, he picked me up from the train station in it! gee man it only had 45 miles on the clock!! very nice.

 

so i guess my days are numbered on here, its been great fun guys and thanks to everyone for their help and advise (especially macca).

Good luck Steve mate, just remember as soon as you get the Bavarian barn to make sure you start sitting in the outside lane for as long as possible no matter what car is flashing its lights behind you...YOU DO NOT MOVE OVER!!! Therefore forcing a dangerous undertaking manoeuvre from the guy behind you.

 

Also DO NOT under any cicumstances let people out of side turnings even if you do see them. ;)

 

If a slower car is coming up in the outside lane make sure that you being in the middle lane put your foot down just as the car in the outside lane gets alongside therefore proving that you TRUELY do drive the Ultimate driving machine. :D

Not a big fan of BM's and the 3 series especially (more common than Mondeo/Vectras round here,) but...... I do see a lovely metallic green one most mornings on my way to work. It is HEAVILY modded, scooped front splitter, bonnet vents/bulges, HUGE wheels and a HUGE spoiler on the back to complement the HUGE exhaust (which is quite quiet really) It's got a badge on that says HAMMANN (or something) which I believe makes it quite spunky......

 

One of them would be OK, although it's a bit too aggressive looking but without the beauty/finess of the ZX

Nahh, Mondeo is more comparable to a Skylark GT-R33 I would say. ;)

Oh, did I mention, aside from the 'M' series, all new bmws (post e30) are sheeite, big style, jumped up ****ers who think they own a prestige car! ;)

my M3 is a late 93, E36, azura? blue, all standard and in great nik. pretty standar and not many optional extras, no spoiler on the back, which makes it less conspicious really. and i am now building up my BMW arogence, which comes part of the parcel of being a BMMER driver, as Timmy says :D

howver, if i meet a zed on the road i will of course give him a run for his money, but know if he is running 1 bar boost, then i will have to wave goodbye to him .:(
