I didn't start a for sale thread as I'm still not 100% sure I'm going to sell but I am considering selling my lwb TT manual. Its been my project for the past 5 years. Its had a lot of work done & money spent in that time & has some nice bits on it, meister coilovers, one piece prop, split rims, custom rear lights, stillen lip, new interior from Mondo, Altia door sills just too much to mention. Had a new cambelt & full service with jimmer last month, 11 months mot. Only things that need doing are a bit of paint on the roof & boot lid, possibly a new flywheel soon & the ride is harsh as it's all poly bushed. If I decide to keep it all that will be sorted next year. This is just a heads up really, not sure of a price if I do sell I'll put up a proper for sale thread with a better write up & pictures.

So here's what you do .....sell it to me I'll dry store it and when you have finished driving cars you've done nothing but compare to your zed and you realise you have made a big mistake I'll sell it you back......for a small profit lol

I'll probably sit on it over winter as it'll be sorn anyway. Already discussed getting the paint sorted next year but if someone comes with some cash it'd be hard to say no. I do have a build thread somewhere but never kept it up to date.

As the lads have already stated, you have poured your heart, soul and a lot of money into what is a fantastic example of a Z car, I’d definitely keep it, after all, these are always project cars, you can tweak, adjust, uprate a lot more things over time. You’ve done the hard / expensive part already, enjoy it as it is, and even more so when you do swap out the bits and pieces you’d like to upgrade:thumbup1:

 

You will regret selling it Tom, I’ve been looking for a suitable replacement and there’s nothing to really compare to a Z. Bar you go for a high end (expensive) Porsche, Lotus, etc, and to be honest none of them float my boat:thumbdown:

Tom! I seen this thread pretty late. You can't sell her after all you've done to her she's one of the nicest zeds I've seen. Besides that who will I go see for advice on things!

I mean you could still come to meets etc in the SWB but you'll fall behind on the convoy :sleeping:
