What do you mean civilisation? I have checked the BT site and they say ADSL is not available in my area. WIGAN. Big town population over 300,000.

Going to cable Blueyonder next Wednesday £14 cheaper the ADSL but we will see if it is any better.

You're lucky, you have a choice - they had to stretch the wet string for me to get ISDN ! Two hopes for ADSL, I'll have to wait for VDSL - that'll be years ....

I have ISDN now but you find a internet provider that allows you to use Dual Cast at a reasonable price, and does not charge you phone charges. I could not.

Nah, I just put the file on my web space - dunno where it came from although the copyright sez something like Green Cross Video.

Although the guy is obviously a bit swift he seems to make a few mistakes coming into corners a bit fast and losing time sliding around trying to get it in a straight line to come out. Dunno whether he's one of the local experts or just a fast guy in a car with a camera. Would be interesting to see laps from a few other people. As far as I know a modded Skyline holds the outright lap record there - that would be good to see.

The outright lap record is by (no not me i know my video looked fast lol)

A group c porshe 962,at an astonishing 6.25 SECONDS Stephen Bellof

production lap record is a caterham superlight 7.55 seconds

Modified i think is a porshe gt3 at 7.47 seconds (this is a very recent lap) and in a close 4th spot me wiht a 13 minute and 5 second lap lol

Pathetic, Blitz Supra 7.21secs(1997) running 3 bar overboost at 650bhp.

Check this! REZPECT!

Got the original video on my desk as we speak:

RUF: Faszination on the Nurburgring.. well worth it if you can find a stockist. A mate at work lent it to me... he got it specially from germany.
