I have the Nissan Gloria & I want to source parts to convert it to manual. I have the pedals & the clutch cylinder from my old skyline & from my old nissan 200sx. These are basically the same but I'm after all the mechanical parts.

Can you guys recommend & breaker or a forum member that could help with the gearbox, prop, clutch etc?

Any help would be appreciated.

There aren't really any specialist breakers around for these cars anymore. The only one really doing anything with these is Banzai Breakers, but breakers are becoming scarce and you might be waiting a while for a gearbox. Might be easier to get hold of an NA gearbox. Essentially they're the same however the bell-housing is different and uses a different flywheel and clutch. NA and TT starter motors are the same, but you need to match up the flywheels otherwise you'll have issues with tooth engagement which can be overcome with shimming, but not really something you want to do.

Double check the prop will fit, I can't recall whether the Gloria and Cedric use the same length of prop shaft. You could elect to go single-piece, if so, get in touch with Jimmer @ PowerZed for one of these.

Cheers for the reply. I read up about matching parts between turbo & n/a.

I've found a complete car in Manchester for parts but it would cost me as much to get it back as it's worth.
