Misrepresentation by well known trader in Keighley

A 1993 zed for sale has the following description on fleabay Zed for sale

 

"Black, 4 seats, Air Bags, Power Steering, Electric Windows, Electric Mirrors, Central Locking, Dual Zone Digital Climate Control, Air Conditioning, Velour Interior, Electric Seats, Cruise Control, Removeable T-Bar Roof, MD+CD Player, 17'' Alloy Wheels, Totally Standard Low Mileage Example, Fresh Import, £7,989, This is an imported vehicle"

 

Now this is wrong on a number of points

 

Air Bags on a 1993 with a cruise control steering wheel ?

 

DUAL Zone climate control ?

 

17" Alloy wheels ?

 

I wonder who is going to buy it and regret it

    Dealers rarely know exact specs on zeds so just copy paste or Google briefly not paying attention to year specific things.

    Ahhh, but they are all bound by laws that cover a description that is misleading or incorrect Alic......

    Not to mention Advertising standards can have them for it......

    A Keighley car trade centre misrepresenting their cars? Bugger me next you'll be telling us that they are over pricing them! I always thought Bradford was full of honest, decent car tradesmen too lol.
