Hello,

I am looking for an OEM gearknob in good condition.

Im also looking for the front door cards that have the holes and gaps for the door mounted seatbelts finished in the grey/purple-ish vulgalor.

I think this is what I am looking for:

The door card pictured is actually from a US specification vehicle, plus it has a double recoil mechanism. Velour interior and door mounted seat belts were never an option on JDM or Euro models. You WILL have to cut your own holes in this for those. The issue comes with the rear velour as the seat belt belts have a cut-out on those for the B-pillar mounted belts. If you can source them, for 1993, just one year, US spec 2+2s had no cutout in them as they were still mounted in the doors as pictured. I managed to get myself a set as I wanted to retain the original seat belt locations when upgrading to a velour interior, took m forever to find them (one from a breaker in New York and the other in Los Angeles), but they are out there.

As Simon says, i have them fitted to my swb but it has been cut to accept the belts.

(Not for sale sorry )

Ok I will look into this. Am I just very unlucky then? Both my jap import cars have these door cards...

Yes, but if they had velour, then they would have been from a Series 2 with the seat belts on the B pillars or they were modified to take door pillar belts.

This is the door card from my 1990 jap import. The red 1990 import is the same but has been retrimmed in red fabric. I've had a good look and it doesn't look like it's been modified...
