I was also wondering if you can recommend a good M6 forum? The best I can find is a sub forum of http://www.m5board.com. I’m hoping to be in a position to swap the Navara next year for something less agricultural and the M6, along with a xkr, is on my short list and I need to up my knowledge.

There is a lot to consider when buying an M5 / M6 V10, be sure to do as much research into the maintenance costs and what your own spanner skills. That said there is more Facebook groups than forums and suggest you look there, so much info has been released / revealed on the technical repairs of these cars that it is now way more easy to run what was an £80k high tech car when new, and a few particular specialist have brought down the big ticket repairs such as vano`s issues and rod bearing changes.
