Iam Daz from Yorkshire ,Iam interested in buying a 300 next March time we used to have one brand new as parents car

Always liked them looking to pay around 5000 will this get me something decent want a standard model that no one as messed with ,what do I need to look for when buying one

Hi mate I'm in south Yorkshire at the moment.

 

£5000 should get you a clean twin turbo, maybe not quite perfect and probably not completely unmolested but should be in good nick. Depends on what cars are for sale at the time.

Rust probably is the thing to look out for. Rust hiding behind sideskirts. Everything can be fixed though, the cars are very strong, they take a massive battering if you give them plenty of oil changes. :clover:

Standard one are becoming rare but there are some rough ones on eBay the dreaded rust is the main thing to look out for ,I’m in Ossett not far from mirfield happy hunting

We looked at a couple in Keighley over last weekend not too bad at motor hub

Osset only round corner we have friends there

Hi at £5k you have choice, but do your homework, you have five months or so to get upto speed on what to look for, research as must as you can, do Google image seaches for nissan 300zx corrossion, same cambelt, same hicas. same brakes etc. there are currently five on E-bay 5k or under.
