Plastic on top of the radiator which goes into the pipe snapped off so now require a new radiator or can just the plastic to swapped?

Common problem for that to break. Japspeed do new rads for the 300zx but for manual cars only I think.

Yep they are for TT Crapspeed only stock TT ones I believe.

I have a used NA manual one in good condition if it is of any interest

Many aftermarket "uprated" radiators have a negative effect on cooling efficiency and the benefits of a decent brand have been proven to be negligible. If you can find a quality pattern original part, that would be ideal but you may struggle to find one compatible for an NA. If I were you, I'd take Pete up on his offer of a good used one.

If it's in good condition, no leaks and a straight replacement I would take it off your hands. The only ones I could find would be from America so far. What would you want for it?

No leaks when it was removed from a working car a few years ago.

Stored carefully since.
