After the AGM on Sunday the 16th July it was agreed that the Membership fee's should go up £25 for new members who get a Membership Pack. Subscribed members who renew there subscription the fee will be £20.

This is now enforced from today.

can I ask why so much of a hike on the renewal Gary?

thanks trev.

It's to help fund new events and activities moving forward. The membership fee was considered too small when you factor in reducing member numbers (as the cars continue to get rarer).

Yes as Simon has said Trev about founding events and the running of the club. A few years ago when we had a lot of members we brought the membership down for subscribed members resubing but now with reduced members we feel the need to increase it to keep the club in good financial grounds.

Can't find the voting poll even in the thread that designated for it.

I am happy for renewal to be £20 and new members to be £25.

Makes total sense for the advice and discussion surrounding the cars and the social/community that there is at meets etc.
